Repairs
Is your laptop in need of repair? No problem! We distinguish between purchases made before and after May 16, 2024. Please check when your purchase was made to understand which steps to follow.
IMPORTANT: Always back up your data, as it may be deleted. We are not responsible for data loss.
Purchases before May 16, 2024
The full repair process will go through our repair partner Microfix. You can submit your laptop for repair through them. All instructions and repair processes will be handled by Microfix.
Purchases after May 16, 2024
You can easily and quickly request a repair through My Studywise. Log in with your username and password. If you no longer have your login details, you can request them again on the same page.
Once logged in, follow these steps:
- Select 'Report an Issue'.
- Choose the problem.
- Indicate when the problem started and provide additional details. Mention any visible damage, even if it's unrelated to the problem. Also, select the cause of the defect.
- After filling out all the information, check our repair terms and click 'Submit Ticket'.
- You will receive a confirmation email from us with further instructions.
The hardware will be sent to Studywise for inspection and repair. Once it is returned, you will receive a notification via email.
